Refund Policy

You may receive refund for your coin purchases as long as:

• You haven't used the purchased coins to buy items in the store.
  Store items that are not Richup Coins are non-refundable.


• Your purchase was made within 14 days before you contacted us.
  We offer a long period of time to determine whether you are satisfied with your purchase.

Your refund amount will be the same amount you paid, less any fees collected by the payment provider.

Coins are delivered to your account the moment you buy them, at your request, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends on delivery. The refund above is our own policy, which we offer on top of it.
