Refund Policy

You may receive refund for your coin purchases as long as:

• You haven't used the purchased coins to buy items in the store.
  Store items that are not Richup Coins are non-refundable.


• Your purchase was made within 14 days before you contacted us.
  We offer a long period of time to determine whether you are satisfied with your purchase.

Your refund amount will be the same amount you paid, less any fees collected by the payment provider.

We reserve the right to examine, review and consider each refund request individually, mainly to combat potential refund fraud.
